"The normal morning when I'm not working consists of waking up, chugging a glass of water, eating some almond butter, brushing my teeth, and running over to a class, whether it's SoulCycle, or Pilates, or Yoga…," she told The CUT in 2017. The only difference is when she skips the class and runs to work instead of when she's working. So, remember to be adaptable.

Eat Clean

Vanessa indulges in pleasure eating like many of us who let go during the holidays and special occasions. She, however, advises that "everyone should get back on track" and discover the "best way to eat" based on individual morphology. She eats "high fat, protein, and green salads" while avoiding carbs, dairy, and sugar.
Vanessa admitted she had many but limited herself to one cheat meal per week when asked about her guilty pleasures. Speaking to PEOPLE, she encourages new dieters to "think about eating things that are going to fuel" them instead of counting calories.

Vanessa is a spiritual person who believes in the power of meditation. Speaking about its benefits, she said, "I think that it's also so important to stay grateful for everything that you have in life. I've been making that a priority, and I feel like it's just been making magic happen all the more."

Surprisingly, she met her current boo via a zoom meditation group. "Me and Cole met on a Zoom meditation group. Very random, yes," she said on ET. So, try it today, and you might find your prince charming.

It'll ruin your day if you see dressing up as a chore. Also, if you're a label snob, you'll most likely not have fun with your fashion. Vanessa says, "If something's cool and funky ad I like it, it doesn't matter how much it costs." She told Glamour years ago that her mood dictates her style, and it appears that hasn't changed. Since The Princess Switch actress feels like she's in "Vacation Mode," she dresses the part in a typical tourist on the beach fashion – in a bikini!
