Salma Hayek didn't quite know what to do with herself while filming an intimate mud bath scene with Lady Gaga for House of Gucci.
In an interview on The Late Late Show, the 55-year-old actress told host James Corden that she was "mortified" over the whole experience, calling the mud bath scene the "most challenging scene" she has ever done in her career.

The star-studded biopic, directed by Ridley Scott, stars Lady Gaga as Patrizia Reggiani - an Italian socialite who marries into the Gucci family and causes a lot of drama to the high-fashion house.
Salma plays Pina Auremmia, a psychic and tarot reader who develops a close friendship with Patrizia and later on becomes her accomplice.
It's the first time these power women have worked together in a film but the connection was instantaneous and there is mutual admiration for each other.
Many viewers were impressed by their performances, arguing that their acting was Oscar-worthy, despite the controversies tied to the film.
Apparently, it wasn't a walk in the park for Salma, who had to film a naked mud bath scene with Gaga.
Hayek detailed her "mortifying" experience in her interview with James Corden. The ordeal started when Hayek realized she wasn't sinking in the mud, unlike Gaga who entered the bath like an "Egyptian queen".
"Me, with my extra kilos, I sit on the mud and I'm not sinking," she said. "And I'm trying to [move the mud away from] my huge butt to make some weight [shift]," Salma begins.
Hayek continued her story, detailing how the incident happened, complete with hand gestures and flailing legs.
"And then it starts moving me around and then there's the boobs going [back and forth], you know," Hayek reenacts her experience. "It's a very dramatic scene and she's trying to stay focused and … I'm mortified."
"It was horrific. Most challenging scene I've ever done," Salma said.

Despite Hayek's harrowing experience during the mud bath scene, she has nothing but kind words to say about Lady Gaga, who had been previously bashed by critics for her fake Italian accent.
"She is extraordinary improvising, and not everybody has that. She really embodies the character. Her level of commitment — I've only seen maybe once or twice somebody commit to a character like she does. And she's also a great team player."
