Farrah Abraham is enjoying a "Mental Health Trip" with luxury perks and while in a Nefertiti bikini. The 29-year-old former MTV star and mom of one has been soaking up pool goodness on a 5-star stay with 12-year-old daughter Sophia, with a video this week seeing the ex Teen Mom splash around for some major self-care while splashing the cash at the Six Senses Zil Pasyon spa hotel in The Seychelles. Farrrah's Instagram has been documenting the yoga-filled and girly trip. Check it out below.

Self-Care Time

Scroll for the video. Farrah, residing in L.A. with Sophia, jetted out earlier this month for some major R&R and ensuring her travels coincide with Mental Health Awareness month. The Nebraska native first shared footage from her travels three days ago, showing a luxurious hotel deck with mom-and-me yoga, rope-suspended outdoor bridges amid lush greenery, plus a jaw-dropping white-sand beach, all part of the #luxurytravel that's also a run-up to the star's 30th birthday.

"It's time to get balanced for a new decade," Farrah wrote.

Following the intro one as Farrah also included her gourmet meals and meditation, the star updated from an infinity pool overlooking clear ocean waters, going all zen with closed eyes for a big splash and doing so in a loud, gold-metallic and warrior-effect bikini, even wearing a matching headpiece.

"Never felt better," Farrah wrote, adding: "Feelin like a goddess. Mental health trip." Abraham was quick to cram her post with hashtags, not limited to #spartan and #nefertiti. See more photos after the video.

Farrah has been candid when it comes to mental health, this year opening up and admitting that parts of her life have been tough. “I just wanted to say, over the years, I’ve shared so much of my life when I have been deeply depressed, suicidal, probably mentally ill because of it,” she told her Instagram followers, adding: “And there’s so much that I’ve learned about myself through my teens to my 20s.”

Farrah was in her teens when she welcomed Sophia. More photos below.

Sometimes You Need 'Support'

Sophia is shared with Derek Underwood, who tragically died in a road accident before his daughter was born, leaving Farrah a single mom while still pregnant.

"I just share every year online, like this past year, it’s been 12 years, going on 13, how loss feels. It’s not pretty, it’s not like you’re gonna get over it. It’s none of those things," Farrah added:

"I think, as there’s millions of people who go through suicidal thoughts, depression, it’s really hard. It’s something that you sometimes need support for.”
