It isn’t easy to find a good workout routine that makes you in the perfect shape that you aim to achieve. What if we told you about a workout that actually works?

We followed the 53-years-old Jennifer Aniston to find out how she maintains her health and stays in good shape. We can notice by one look at Aniston’s Instagram that it isn’t an easy routine.

The Friends actress follows a workout routine that varies in intensity. She also follows the intermittent fasting diet, but we will be focusing on her workout routine rather than her diet.

Jennifer Loves Some Boxing And Core Work

Jennifer's workout includes yoga, boxing, pilates, and others!

When it comes to how long Jennifer workout, her trainer Leyon Azubuike said that it is challenging to keep up with Jennifer, especially because she works out almost every day for up to an hour and a half.

We will start Jennifer's workout by mentioning boxing. We realize that it would probably come off as a surprise when people know that the Friends star enjoys boxing, and now we enjoy it too!

Decide the amount of time you would like to spend on boxing, and by the end, you will find yourself relaxed. We can trust Jennifer on that one, as she describes boxing as “a great way to get aggression out.”

Jennifer also does some core work; as Azubuike said, “We do a lot of things that stretch the core, so we’ll do things where she's hanging on a pull-up bar, then she pulls her knees up and brings them back down. We'll use a sit-up to shock the body occasionally, but it's not a major part of our core regimen.”

Elliptical Machine And Climb Class

These next two can be tiring and boring for most people, but the results are worth it!

The next training uses the elliptical machine, which Jennifer talked about, saying, “I do 45 minutes of intervals on my elliptical. I raise the incline, run for two minutes, walk for one, run for two... and I do it for 20 minutes straight until I'm just drenched.”

You should also try a climb class where you will find vertical standing machines that will mimic climbing while you grip two handles, put your feet in foot straps, and move them up and down. Sounds fun, right?

Some Spinning And Some Yoga

Ingber mentioned that Jennifer likes mixing spinning with some yoga. She said "I would do 30 minutes of spinning, 40 minutes of yoga, incorporating some of my hybrids, which is a yoga pose paired with a toning exercise. We would do some power yoga, vinyasa flow, and then some yin yoga stretching,"

Running, Resistance Band, And Pilates

These are the last parts of Jennifer Aniston’s workout routine, and just looking at them makes us tired.

Jennifer likes running and using the resistance band. Lay on said before that he and Jennifer are “big on the bands,” and now we can say the same!
